Shaolin Yoga, Qigong,Meditation Seminar

Temple of the Dragon’s second seminar of the year will focuses on Shaolin Yoga, Qigong and Meditation.

Sifu Aaron Arden will lead the group in a survey of these three very important areas of study for both martial arts and general physical and mental health to improve flexibility, fitness and mental clarity.

All students and friends of Temple of the Dragon School are encouraged to attend!

The seminar will run from 9am to about 4pm with a break for lunch.
